The Surgery Kit is sold in Division 2 for 10,000 Yen. You need Fear Level 50+ to join Division 2.
Surgery Kit Guide →Division 1 is the best for endgame content and Yen farming. However, Division 2 is best for mid-game players who want Surgery Kit access, and Division 4 is essential for becoming a Hybrid.
Visit Public Safety HQ in the main city. Talk to the Division recruitment NPCs. Each division has different Fear Level requirements - Division 3 (25+), Division 2 (50+), Division 1 (75+), Division 4 (40+ with special quest).
Yes! You can switch divisions at any time by visiting the Division HQ. However, there's a 24-hour cooldown between switches and you may lose division-specific progress.
Division 2 has the Surgery Kit shop. You can purchase Surgery Kits for 10,000 Yen each from the Division 2 shop located on the left side of the floor.
Division 4 requires completing a special questline that starts at Fear Level 40. Look for a mysterious NPC near the HQ who will give you the 'Experimental Program' quest.
