📦 How to Get the Surgery Kit
Reach Division 2
You need to be at least Fear Level 50 and join Division 2 to access the Surgery Kit shop.
Go to Division 2 HQ
Travel to Public Safety HQ and go to the 2nd Floor where Division 2 is located.
Find the Shop NPC
Look for the shop on the LEFT side of the Division 2 floor. The NPC is labeled 'Division 2 Quartermaster'.
Purchase Surgery Kit
Buy the Surgery Kit for 10,000 Yen. You can hold multiple kits in your inventory.

Knock down a Fiend, Devil, or Human enemy. The enemy must be in a 'downed' state (not dead).
Equip Surgery Kit
Open your inventory (I key) and equip the Surgery Kit to your active slot.
